Our Story
Cold citrus, warm nights and the people you want to stay out a little longer with. SOLA was made for the best part of the day.
Our first drink is the Classic Paloma — grapefruit, tequila, lime, sea salt and sparkling water in a 250 ml slim can.
SOLA takes its cues from Cape Town summer: late swims, long lunches, beach bags, braais, warm evenings and plans made ten minutes before they happen.
It is simple on purpose. Beautiful enough to bring, easy enough to drink, and never the most important thing happening at the table.
